Cheese is frequently linked to higher cholesterol levels but multiple studies have found that cheese does not elevate cholesterol levels. Try not to overdo the cheese as it is high in calories.

Fried foods like deep-fried chicken, chips and cheese sticks should be avoided as they are high in cholesterol, saturated fats and calories. These foods have a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

Fast food consumption is associated with a number of chronic diseases including diabetes, obesity and heart disease. People who eat a lot of fast food have higher cholesterol tend to be overweight and have increased inflammation.
 
Deserts like cakes, parties, cookies and sweets are high in cholesterol, calories and have added sugar. Overindulging in these treats can lead to poor health and weight gain.
