1. Broccoli Smoothie
This is a super healthy energy-boosting smoothie.

Ingredients
- 1 handful spinach roughly chopped
- 100g broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- 2 celery sticks
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 banana
Method
With 300ml of water put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Spinach Smoothie
Another fresh green smoothie packed with nutrients and a filling start to your day.

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 1 fresh or frozen chopped mango
- 1 banana
- 500ml milk (non-dairy, if you prefer)
Method
Blend the spinach, chopped mango, avocado and milk in the blender until smooth.
3. Avocado Smoothie
This vibrant green delicious smoothie is another quick and filling snack.

Ingredients
- ½ avocado, peeled, stoned and roughly chopped
- handful kale
- 10cm piece cucumber, roughly chopped
- handful spinach
- 50g pineapple chunks
- 300ml coconut water
Method
Put the avocado, spinach, cucumber and pineapple in the blender. Once blended add the coconut water and blend until smooth.
4. Strawberry Green Smoothie
This is a tasty morning smoothie with fruit and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 160g strawberries
- 160g baby spinach
- 1 small avocado, halved and the flesh scooped out
- 150ml natural yoghurt
- 2 small oranges, juiced, plus ½ tsp grated zest
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. If still a bit thick add some water.

Ingredients
- 63g cucumber
- 63g frozen pineapple
- 1/2 a banana
- 59ml coconut milk
