These tasty healthy breakfast ideas are a great way to start your day. They are quick and easy to make and filled with flavour.
Berry & Granola Yogurt
Ingredients
- 170g mixed berries
- 340g fat-free yoghurt
- 43g granola
This is so quick and simple all you need is a cup or bowl and layer all the ingredients.

Avocado and Egg on Toast
Ingredients
- Wholemeal bread
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 egg
- Salt & Pepper
I love this meal as it’s filled with protein and great for energy! Whilst your bread is toasting fry your egg, mash your avocado onto the toast and serve with the egg on top. Season with salt & pepper.
Yummy Porridge
Ingredients
- 100ml milk
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 50g raspberries
- 50g blueberries
- 150g porridge oats
- Chopped toasted almonds
This is another healthy breakfast filled with nutrients and a great way to start your day. Cook the oats with the milk in a pan and add half the berries stirring until creamy. Top with remaining berries, bananas and almonds.

Tomato Omelette
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbs basil
- 1 tbs parsley
- salt & pepper
A simple tasty meal packed with protein and it only takes 10 minutes to make. Fry tomatoes in a frying pan, whisk the eggs with all the seasoning. When tomatoes are soft take them out of the pan and put them to one side. Pour egg into mixture into pan and gently stir until it’s nearly cooked, then stop and allow the mixture to settle an omelette. Serve with tomatoes on top.

Turmeric Latte
Ingredients
- 350ml almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 turmeric
- 1/4 cinnamon
- black pepper
This is one of my favourite breakfast drinks! You will be so surprised at how nice it tastes. To make blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth then heat in a pan until hot. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with more cinnamon to serve.
