A breakfast smoothie made with Greek yogurt is a great breakfast as it’s packed with protein and help keep you fuller for longer.

Eating a healthy and filling breakfast will make a big difference to your day. Switching from white to wholegrain versions are a better choice for people with diabetes. Swapping jams for healthy alternatives like mashed bananas.
