These 4 Quick Healthy Snacks for Busy People are easy to make and taste delicious.
1. Roasted Chickpeas
This blend is my favourite but any of your favourite spices will do!

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
STEP 1
Preheat oven 180°pour chickpeas onto baking tray making an even layer and cook until completely dry (8-10 minutes)
STEP 2
Remove chickpeas from the oven and toss with salt & oil pop back into the oven until golden brown and crispy (30-35 minutes) tossing halfway through.
STEP 3
Remove from the oven and mix chickpeas with seasoning, spread into an even layer and let cool.
2. Homemade Granola Bars
Granola bars bought from the shop have added sugars and additives so why not try and make your own? These are tasty and brilliant for life on the go.

Ingredients
- 256g rolled oats
- 30g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 100g raisins
- ½ orange, juiced
- 64g natural honey
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ⅛ tsp salt
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 165°. Place oats, raisins, orange juice and walnuts in a bowl and mix together well. Transfer oat mix to a baking tray and cook until brown and lightly toasted (10 minutes)
STEP 2
Over low heat stir the honey, almond butter and salt in a saucepan. Then pour into a bowl and stir in the oat mixture. Spread granola mixture evenly on a square baking tray.
STEP 3
Cook mixture for 15 minutes for a crunchy bar, if you wish for a chewer bar cook for less. Once cooked let cool before cutting into squares.
3. Instant Frozen Berry Yoghurt
This 3 ingredient yoghurt is so yummy and perfect for after exercise or a snack!
Ingredients
- 250g frozen mixed berry
- 250g 0%-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
STEP 1
Blend berries, yoghurt and honey in a blender for 20 seconds, until it becomes smooth ice-cream texture. Scoop into bowls and serve.
4. Banana and Mango Smoothie
Another quick and simple healthy snack to have on the go or at home. For an even quicker smoothie, you can use frozen fruit 🙂

Ingredients
- 1 medium mango
- 1 banana
- 300ml orange juice
- 4 ice cubes
STEP 1
Peel and chop banana into chunks. Cut the mango down either side of the stone, peel and chop into chunks.
STEP 2
Then put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth and thick.
