I like to prepare my lemon juice water in a jug and keep it in the fridge as it can last 2-3 days. I squeeze a couple of lemons into the water then wash and slice a lemon and pop it into a jug.
In the summer I also like to squeeze the juice from lemons into an ice tray and freeze it to add to my water throughout the day.
